I am looking for an easy to use SEO tool that will score my blogs for provided keywords. Ideally one where I can cut and paste my content vs. providing the URL from it having already been posted. Any other bells and whistles are a bonus but not necessary.I know SEMrush GURU plan has this but it’s too expensive as we don’t need all the other tool included once upgraded from Pro.
We only manage our own site and can’t justify that level of $$$.
Thank you.
Several SEO tools are available that provide keyword scoring for content before posting it online. Some tools, like RankMath, are designed specifically for WordPress users. They allow you to input keywords and receive a score based on how well the content uses those keywords. Other tools, like Surfer SEO, offer similar functionality but are not tied to a specific platform. ScaleNut is a cheaper alternative to Surfer SEO. For a free option, Google Search Console allows you to see what queries are bringing traffic to your website and which pages are being displayed for those searches. It doesn’t score your content directly, but it does provide valuable insights. You can also use Ad Planner for free to check the search volume of keywords, helping you understand their popularity. SpyFu is a more affordable option for rank tracking and may meet your needs.
Remember that these tools provide a score, but the most important factors for good SEO are well-written content that satisfies user intent. It is important to take any recommendations from these tools with a grain of salt and focus on creating high-quality content that readers find valuable.
