Ranking drop after the latest core update

Has anyone else noticed a drop in rankings after the recent core update? I haven't seen much discussion about it online. My site's keywords have significantly dropped in ranking within a short period on the 14th. What was previously in the top 2 is now in the top 4-5, 5-7 has slipped to 10-15, and 8-10 is now 15-20. Search traffic has decreased by 70%. While I know the update is still rolling out, I am not feeling confident about a potential recovery.

It is common to see ranking drops after a Google core update. While the update is rolling out, it is difficult to determine the long-term impact on your site. The ranking drop can be attributed to a variety of factors, including changes in the algorithm, competition from other websites, and the overall quality of your content.

You are not alone in experiencing a drop in rankings. Other users have reported similar experiences with their websites. Some have reported a significant increase in traffic, while others have seen a decrease.

While it is tempting to make changes to your website in response to the ranking drop, it is important to wait until the update has finished rolling out before making any major adjustments. During this time, you can focus on analyzing your competitors and identifying any potential gaps in your backlinks or content.

The most important thing is to remain patient and continue optimizing your website for Google’s algorithms. By focusing on creating high-quality content, building a strong backlink profile, and improving the technical aspects of your website, you will be better positioned to recover from any ranking drops that may occur.
