My e-commerce product pages mostly disappeared from SERPs this year - why?

Previously, when searching for the product title of a listing on my store, the product page would be on the first page of search results, but now it is nowhere to be found, even after checking multiple result pages. The product page only shows up in search results if the query includes both the product title and my website name. Could my website be penalized by Google?
