How can I index the subheadings and answers of my content? Help me

I have noticed that Google is not indexing the titles in my content. How can I ensure that the important parts of my titles and texts are indexed by Google? For instance, when searching for the title and answer of my content, "How is insurance done?", my page does not appear in Google search results or in the SERP features section.

Use clear and descriptive headings and subheadings. Ensure they accurately reflect the content below them. Use relevant keywords that people would use to search for your content. Google’s algorithms prioritize well-structured content, so using headings helps Google understand the organization and importance of your content.

Make sure your headings and subheadings are properly formatted using HTML heading tags (H1, H2, H3, etc.). This helps Google understand the hierarchy and importance of different sections of your content.

Place your keywords naturally within the headings and subheadings, but avoid keyword stuffing. This can hurt your ranking and make your content look unnatural.
