This is the first time I have used Squarespace for a website, and I have never had trouble ranking with previous sites. All pages on my site have title tags, meta descriptions, and other on-site SEO elements. SEO analysis tools have given my site a high on-site SEO score.
Despite this, I am not ranking for the keywords I want to target, which are primarily the “h1” tags on each page. I regularly publish location-based blogs and case studies, include internal and external links, share content on social media, and request backlinks. However, most site owners ask for a fee for backlinks, and I believe that valuable content should not require payment for backlinks.
I currently rely on paid acquisition for leads, but I am eager to improve my organic traffic. Any advice or guidance on identifying issues and improving my site’s SEO would be greatly appreciated.
