Google index my pagination pages. Is this bad?

I have observed that Google is indexing my paginated pages. After reading the Google Guidelines, I implemented the recommended strategies, which include adding a canonical tag, prev link tag, and next link tag to my pages. I have only added a self canonical tag and have not included a noindex or nofollow tag. Is there anything else I should be doing?

It is normal for Google to index paginated pages. Your current setup is solid, as you have included canonical, prev, and next tags to help Google understand the connection between your pages. However, you should ensure each page has unique content, as thin content or unusual rankings could indicate a need for adjustments.
