Hello everyone,I work SEO for a medium sized e-commerce brand using Shopify. Our organic traffic has consistently been rising sitewide, but especially for our organic blog traffic where we’re receiving about 25k unique visitors per month at this point.
We’ve now purchased a new domain for the EU, and have began selling products under this new EU domain. Same store, same design, same layout, just for EU customers.
Speaking specifically to our blog, we’ve began taking some of our highest traffic articles on the US store, and posting them to the EU store in english, as well as translating them into Spanish, German, Italian, and French, with corresponding URL’s for each version of course.
My question is, what exactly should we be focusing on throughout this process of building out a fresh domain? This new EU domain is completely brand new and has no AS. What are some important/necessary tasks or projects we can do for this new domain in order to get it ranking? What is some information that we should take note of throughout this process? Any advice would be great!
