I have page with redirect issue on my site.

I have 1 Url which have in search console

When i click on search icon it shows

Should I validate it? After that it will removed from the error?

The 2nd Url in search console shows

  • -No referring sitemaps detected
  • -Referring page : detected. (but when i open that referring page url it is not found)

How to resolve this? How can I remove this error.

should I have to validate or need do do anything for this?

The first URL showing “No referring sitemaps detected” and “No Referring page” indicates that Google cannot find any information about this page. This means that the page is either not indexed or that it’s not linked to from anywhere else on your website. It’s important to validate this URL to ensure it’s properly formatted and accessible to Google.

For the second URL, the “Referring page: detected” but not found error suggests that the referring page might be broken or removed. This can happen due to various reasons, including page deletion or a change in website structure. Google still has a cached version of the referring page, which is why it’s showing up as detected.

To resolve these errors, you need to:

  • Validate the first URL: Ensure that the URL is correctly formatted and accessible to Google. You can use a tool like Google’s URL Inspection Tool to validate the URL.
  • Check for broken links: Scan your website for broken links that might be pointing to the referring page. Use a tool like Screaming Frog or Google Search Console to do this.
  • Update your sitemap: Ensure that your sitemap includes all the URLs on your website, including the URLs with errors.
  • Submit your sitemap to Google: Once you’ve updated your sitemap, submit it to Google Search Console. This helps Google understand the structure of your website and discover new or updated pages.

By following these steps, you should be able to address the redirect issues and remove these errors from your Google Search Console. Remember that Google may take some time to re-crawl and re-index your website after making changes.
